There was no agreement signed. It was just agreed on an email. Am i still bound with the emplyment laws. Just want to understand before taking any steps. Also the project has ended after 4 month but i don't have any document. Also company B can't reveal any internal documents.
Oh, So the project ended after 4 months. Then you do not need to pay a dime to Company A. In that case, Company B might have already informed company A that project ended and no more billing. If company B has not informed company A, that is Company b's problem. SO you do not worry as long as you havent signed any contract.

over 250 people responded to the earlier poll and we see that atleast among IV'ites the PDs are spread all over the years (10% 20% 20% 30%-2006 10%-2007), and there are significant number of 2003/2004 PDs out there.
This followup poll is to see how many of these people are already in the I-485 system (likely to use up visa number as soon as one is available) vs waiting to file I-485.

In addition to the first RFE as above,i received one more RFE.In the second RFE they mentioned that education and experience satisfies labour,but wanted more documents from company to prove A2P.Company sent tax returns and got the approval in 6 days.Yet to receive the notice.

Oh, yes! I knew that! I have even tried this, but my tripod is such a hunk of junk that it wiggles and I can't get the photos to merge without hurting my eyes because every photo is a little off. Terrible blur!
Ok, the HDR explains the very wild lighting on the buildings with the very forboding cloud cover. Thanks for clearing up my confusion, and now the photo makes a lot more sense to me. I was wondering about the light source in this, I figured that some stray ray of light had sneaked through to warm up the bricks.

Seems like a good tool.. But couldn't sort out by Nationality or country of chargeability.. The EB1/EB2 category works fine.. Not sure if its tracker issue.. or I am doing something wrong.. or missing any info in my tracker details...

no u cant, u would need to take and infopass appointment, but you could talk to cust care and open an SR first.
to talk to an IO at the texas service center use the following
Call 1-800-375-5283
Press 1
Press 2
Press 2
Press 6
Press 1
Now enter your receipt number
press 1
press 1 (now listen to the case update info)
press 3
press 4
(now if you listen a male voice prompting you to hold the call that means the call is going to IOs desk, if it says no IO is available, it will redirect it to NSC, you can hang up and try the next morning)
remember u will have to call in the moring before 11.30 to be able to talk to an IO.

now what if I apply for F1 visa and it get approve say 2 months before her actual class start date. as soon her F1 will get approve she will be on F1 status , so is there any problem she stay on F1 for some period before her actual class start.
for example her actual class will start from 1st of August 2011 and we apply for her F1 on 1st may and it get approve by 15th May and from the approval date of F1 (15th May) she will be on F1 status. but as said actual class will start from 1st Aug 2011, so is there any problem or illegal if she stay on F1 from 15th May 2011 TO 31st July 2011 (75 days) on F1 without her actual class starts ?
My wife already have H4 extension which is valid until 2013.
