First, Congratulations on your trip and hope you have a nice and worry free holidays.
I can understand that there are couple of posts that went quite far than you'd normally expect from this forum. It's just that people here are really worried bout raising the funds...and trying to grab every single dollar out there...and you had 'dollar500' on your name:) asking for a cruise question.
It's nobody's business to question you about your cruise and I'm sure those folks did not mean to interfere in your business. They are just trying their best to ask you in a poilte way, if you would be willing to donate some money this holiday season to IV.
These folks who have offered you suggestions or who asked you to leave or the folks like me who are requesting you to stay are NO closer/strangers to IV than YOU are. IV is as much as yours as anybody else's. You are really welcome here and people love your posts(this one is exceptional timing:))
So, Please make up your mind and donate this holiday season.
How about this, let me take the ownership of this question...I'll get this one answered with 99.9% accurate information. How much are you willing to donate IV?( I don't have the answer yet.) You can donate after you comeback from cruise. Just a pledge would suffice now.

Looks like it is the photos. I got the RFE after opening a Service Request and they have asked for photos. Morons. They could have made it clear in the instructions to send photos.
It doesn't happen to everyone. A couple of my friends got the ead without sending the photos. It all depends on who processes your application. If he is an ass, you are in trouble.
So, better send the pictures if you are planning to e-file.
I have sent the photos and now have to wait for another 45 days. Hopefully a smart guy who knows what he is doing will process it this time.

Yes this a legit reason to get receipts. But if you have been denied receipts by employer/lawyer in recent past. Give this reason a little time, if you know what I mean. Else this reason would also go to waste.
My Lawyer has been good in this regard and usually scans a copy and emails to my HR/Supervisor and Myself as soon as she get any notices/rfe's etc. I think this would be the pattern of most employers if not all.
I have my canadian PR approved and have until Octber 1st to land. I hope my lawyer will get the receipt notice by then. I don't want to lose my Canadian PR and will have to travel to Canada before Oct 1st.
I'll send my employer the proof of my Canadian PR. He kinda already knows that I have Canadian PR and have to land shortly.
Hopefully they'll give it to me on that request.

I am waiting for my AP since Aug 31 . Aug 31 is when they approved the AP and Its is lost in Transition or may be it was not at all mailed.
My wife got her AP in time we were both approved at the same time.

AC21 means - only same or similar job, I don't think employer will make a difference, though wage maybe a big factor

I am sorry, I did not chose my words carfully enough, it is Sugested that you atlest can make a Flexible website that anybody can update imformation. this is where XML and XSLT come in, XML can hold data and is widly used for almost anything, XSLT can transform XML into XHTML or HTML, PHP would be used for anything that you would not like to have Stadic (just look at the Server side fourm) Once again I did not pick the best words, and I am sorry for that. I am in a similar situation. My lawyer prepared the following letter which seems much simpler than what you had mentioned. I hope, its helpful. However, my company HR is not willing to even sign on this one. they omitted the word 'permanent' and also, removed the last sentence mentioning that i will continue as full time employee after receiving the green card. I regret joining a big company now. But, we are where we are and have to deal with it.

There are lots and lots of application is rejected based on USCIS error. Stating that correct fee is not issue and I-485 Receipt is not attached.
Here is the I-765 Instruction states. As per I-765 Instruction page 5 section 7 (A): Adjustment of Applicant C(9):- Form I765 with a copy of I-485 receipt notice or other evidence the form I-485 is pending.
If you attach any evidence stating that I-485 is pending, they should not reject the application. The USCIS is confused with the date Before July 30 and after July 30, one required fees and other does not require fees. Some clerk is looking at the Notice date instead of receiving date and rejecting the application. This is a lack of clerical training issues.
We should address this to USCIS or American immigration association.

Thanks everyone for being patient and supporting us. The work is happening at all ends and it is an uphill task.
We really need to increase our membership. Higher membership will mean us looking tall when we meet lawmakers. Please all try to help us spread the word of IV to everyone you know that is stuck in retrogression. We represent at least half million people but we currently not even have 6 thousand members. Thus we have to bring lot many people into IV. I would encourage everyone to pls. register on this forum instead of being visitors.

What is current strenght of IV? I have not seen the number changed or updated for long?...Any update on Membership count as well as funds will be appreciated

Making it more strange .My I-485 got denied om april 18th and my wifes 485 denied april 19th and online LUD says denail mailed on april 21 for both and then on april 22 i see I140 denial amd mailed but we didnt get any on denail notices yet .

Just a quick update
Today my checks got cashed and from the back of the checks I got the receipt numbers. I was able to track these numbers on USCIS site and the EAD application for myself and my wife is now pending at TSC.
So the mailing address to Mesquite, TX turned out to be the correct location for me to file...

This is why I said 221G is a good initiative. Even if people have to suffer a little bit, full check is needed for every visa stamping and every green card application.
I guess its much better for frauds to have an EAD/AP, then they can easily bypass the checking at consulates.

It is very comprehensive list. It covers every field. Graduates of pharmacy, medicine, vet medicine etc are not PhDs. They have to go through special programs to get that degree.

However I am afraid you misunderstood pharmacy, medicine, vet med PhDS with practice professionals PharmD, MD,DVM.The people who made the list of STEM have ignored the fact that Research is highly interdisciplinary. This is unfair for many researchers in biology who should be in the STEM majors but they are not in just because of technical/clerical reasons. I request you all to take a look at this anomaly.
